Therese Kränzle was my husband's maternal grandmother. As he and his immediate family left Germany when he was four years old, he does not remember her. She died just a 1 1/2 years after their emigration. She was just 52 years old and this death notice states her death was sudden. The family does not know the cause of her death. In one of the last photos of her, even though she has no gray hair, I feel she does not look well and certainly does not appear to be a woman in her early 50's. Perhaps she was diabetic, as both her children were, or she had a sudden heart attack. However these are guesses at best.
